Submission Guidelines
SUBMISSIONS TO THE JOURNAL:
We welcome submissions of articles, research papers, and essays on legal topics, whether domestic or international. Essays should reference at least one court case or law. All submissions will be considered for publication on our website, though only the most outstanding can be selected for inclusion in the print journal. Papers will be evaluated based on their relevance to the field, quality of research, originality of argument, and clarity of writing.
10-15 pages double-spaced (2,500-3,750 words)
Include citations/footnotes
SUBMISSIONS TO THE ONLINE BLOG:
Shorter-form essays that reference at least one specific court case or law will be considered for the online blog.
3-6 pages double-spaced (750-1,500 words)
Include citations/footnotes
Submissions will go through numerous rounds of edits. Editors will each reach back to you so that you can respond to comments left on your work. Please respond in a timely fashion.
